Cheeseburger Pie

Ground Chuck
1 cup Bisquick
1cup milk
2 eggs
2 cups cheddar cheese
Garlic salt
Onion pwd
Salt and pepper to taste.

1 to 1 ½ lb. of ground chuck browned and drained. Place browned meat in baking dish. Add garlic salt, onion pwd, salt, and pepper to taste. (Stir well to mix all spices). Other spices can be added if desired.

Spread meat out in baking dish evenly; add cheese over meat evenly.

In separate bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, and eggs with wire wisk. Pour over meat and cheese. Bake for about 25 minutes at 375 degrees to 400 degrees.
