Dining Hall Rental, $100.00 (3-4 hours)
Cash or Debit Cards preferred.
Visa, Master Card, and Personal Checks accepted.
Reservation Ploicy:
50% advance deposit required for all reservations. 7-day cancellation notice required for refund of deposit. Special events such as Arkansas Razorback Home games, Bikes Blues & BBQ Weekend, and War Eagle Week require a 14-day cancellation. If cancellation is within these times, guest will be charged a $25 rebooking fee, but will be able to reschedule for another stay within one year from rented date (based on availability, plus other policies apply). Deposits returned at discretion of the owners.
Pet Policy:
Small pets allowed in rooms without carpet. There is a charge of $10.00 per pet, per night, (up to 2 pets), no discounts.
